- Who we are
- This site is operated by MyPaystrax LLC, 1451 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida, USA.
- Our relationship with Paystrax
- MyPaystrax is an independent referral partner of Paystrax. It is not Paystrax, and it does not provide payment services. MyPaystrax refers merchants to Paystrax and is compensated by Paystrax for merchants it refers. You should weigh what we say with that in mind. The fees you pay for card acquiring are set out in Paystrax's commercial proposal, not by us.
- Information only
- Nothing on this site is an offer of card acquiring or any other payment service, financial advice, or a statement that any business will be approved. Paystrax decides, case by case, after underwriting. Its commercial proposal and the merchant agreement it issues govern any service you receive from it.
- Our assessments
- The application gives a preliminary assessment based on the answers you provide. It is our own view, it is not a Paystrax decision, and it does not predict one. We rely on your answers being accurate and complete.
- What you send us
- Give us accurate information, and only information you are entitled to share. Do not send us cardholder data or passwords.
- Intellectual property
- The content of this site belongs to us or our licensors. Paystrax is a trademark of its owner and is used here to identify the acquirer we refer merchants to.
- Liability
- The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
